General Terms and conditions
1. TERMS
Payment is taken at the time of booking. There are no administrative fees.
Once the payment has been received, a confirmation will be addressed to you by email on which will figure the practical information regarding your stay. This confirmation is to be shown at reception upon arrival.
Attention/Caution : if the balance is not received on time, we reserve the right to cancel your booking, the delay being fixed at 8 days.
2. ACCEPTED MEANS OF PAYMENT
- Bank or postal cheque, payable to “La Vallée de Pratmeur” (french accounts only).
- Credit card : Eurocard, Mastercard, Visa, American Express.
- Chèques vacances (ANCV), chèques vacances Connect
- Paypal
Attention/Caution : your booking reference and the name used for the booking should be attached to the payment
3. CAPACITY
The number of people mentioned per accommodation in our prices corresponds to the maximum occupation authorised given the equipment available. This number cannot be exceeded for security and insurance requirements.
4. MODIFY OR CANCEL YOUR BOOKING BEFORE ARRIVAL
If you did not subscribe to the cancellation insurance CAMPEZ COUVERT at the time of booking, our cancellation policy is the following :
a - Modification or cancellation of your stay by yourself BEFORE your arrival :
For every stay cancelled more than 30 days before the arrival, we will retain the equivalent of 30% of the balance of the booking. Between 30 and 8 days before the stay, we will retain 60 % of the balance of the booking. For every stay cancelled within 7 days before the arrival, interrupted or unused for any reason, the total amount of the reservation will be owed or if already paid, will not be refunded.
b - Modification or cancellation of your stay by La Vallée de Pratmeur BEFORE your arrival :
In case of an orange weather warning or external events beyond our control, such as bad weather or storms, the direction reserves the right to cancel your stay for security reasons. In this case, we propose to defer your reservation to a later date, within the following 12 months.
c- Modification or cancellation of your stay by the client BEFORE your arrival :
In case of an orange weather warning, or external events beyond our control, such as bad weather or storms, if it is impossible for you to come and only in these particular weather circumstances, we would suggest you defer your stay to a later date, within the following 12 months.
d - Modification or cancellation of your stay by la Vallée de Pratmeur ON SITE :
In case of an orange weather warning, or external events beyond our control, such as bad weather or storms, the direction reserves the right to cancel your stay for security reasons. In this case, we propose that you defer your stay to a later date, within the following 12 months.
No other compensation may be claimed.
6. PRICES
The prices that figure on our website or in our brochures are likely to be modified according to the economic or regulatory conditions, including all taxes. Only the price that figures on your voucher or any other confirmation mail is valid.
7. CHILDREN
The age of the children is calculated according to their birthday and the date of the beginning of the stay. An official document justifying the age of the children could be requested at the beginning of the stay. We receive children in our tree houses from 6 years old and as an exception from the age of 5 with a responsibility discharge document signed by the parents (for the Quistinid and Ti-milin tree houses). The tree houses Heol, Stivell and Canopee Lodge are accessible to the children from the age of 2.
8. GIFT VOUCHERS (issued by VALLEE DE PRATMEUR)
We recommend you book as soon as possible in order to benefit from a wider choice of dates, specifying the content of the gift voucher : the reservations can be made any day of the week, including the week-end, according to availability.
The gift voucher can only be used at La Vallée de Pratmeur. It is valid for one year from the date of purchase. There are no administrative fees.
If the gift voucher is not used before the date of validity, lost/destroyed, neither the purchaser or beneficiary are eligible to a refund or an exchange. The balance must be paid at the time of purchase.

9. ANIMALS
Dogs under 10kg are authorised at an additional cost of 4€ per night, in the following accommodations only: Sparfell, Quistinid, Ti-Milin, Stivell, Heol, Canopée Lodge and La Roulotte.
Our furry friends are not authorised in any of our other accommodations.
10. VALUABLE ITEMS
We recommend that you do not leave any valuable items in the accommodations.
11. DEMANDS
Any claim regarding a booking must be sent by recorded delivery with signature within 15 days of your stay to the following address :
