Réserver un hébergement avec un bon cadeau
Step 1 : Check the availability of the accommodation
Please check the availability of the chosen accommodation (the eligible lodgings are indicated on your gift voucher).
All you have to do is select the desired accommodation in the menu bar at the top of our website, either among our unique accommodations or our extraordinary accommodations.
(For example: the Sparfell treehouse: Treehouses > Sparfell
OR, Unique accommodations > Treehouses > As a couple > Sparfell)
The availability calendar is visible at the bottom of the page of each accommodation. You must be able to select an arrival date as well as the departure date. If one of the two dates is crossed out or a red dot is placed in between, those dates are not available.
You will then be redirected to our online reservation system.
Step 2 : Book
Once the accommodation and dates have been chosen, you have now been redirected to our reservation system!
Click on “Booking” to proceed with the reservation.
Then, fill in the necessary information.
We offer additional options, you must select those included in your Gift card.
If you wish to add anything that is not included in your voucher (massage, dinner hamper, aperitif platter…), it is at this stage that you can do it, you will be asked for payment later.
You also have the option to subscribe to cancellation insurance.
Then follow the steps indicated on the reservation system until you get to the payment section.
Step 3 : Enter you gift card number to finalise the reservation
You can enter your gift voucher number in the section named “CREDIT NOTE”.
Simply enter the 5-digit reference and its amount.
(if you do not know its amount, you can calculate it by looking at the prices of the night and any options that are included)

If you have not added anything extra to your booking (anything not included in the gift card), the system will ask you to pay the tourist tax. However, if the latter is less than 1€, the system will not accept the payment.
In this case, please add the tourist tax to the amount that you have indicated for your Gift card in the “credit note” section. You will be asked to pay this tax upon arrival.
If you previously added options that are not included in your gift card, you will be asked to pay the outstanding balance online!

If you have opted for cancellation insurance, please do not include this amount in your gift voucher, please contact us in order to pay the cancellation insurance.
