Please head to the Smartbox website to make your reservation.
By logging in using your Smartbox voucher number and security code, you will be able to find out the eligible accommodation in order to check availability on our website.

Wonderbox
1. Find out more on the Wonderbox website in order to check that your voucher gives you access to our establishment. If so, identify the accommodation specified in your voucher.
2. Go to the relevant accommodation page on our website. This could be:
- La chambre d'hôtes Chantilly (= Chantilly guest room)
- La cabane Pod perchée (= Perched Pod)
- La Roulotte Brocéliande (= Traditional gypsy caravan)
- La cabane dans les arbres Ti-Milin (= Ti-Milin treehouse)
3. Check the availability of the accommodation using the calendar at the bottom of the page, select the arrival date, then the departure date and continue your reservation by clicking on the “Search” button.
4. Fill in the necessary information and select the options corresponding to your voucher. For the aperitif basket, do not select the option, we will automatically add it to your booking.
5. You can not select the cancellation insurance as we are unable to ensure this option for Wonderbox stays. Please contact Wonderbox directly if you have any questions about this.
6. When choosing your payment method, you can enter your Wonderbox voucher number in the section named “CREDIT NOTE”. Then, enter the amount, this is the total balance of your stay, displayed once you had selected all the options included in your voucher (the price on your voucher may not correspond to our prices).
You should not have to make any payments after this. A confirmation will be displayed. We will receive your booking request and will process it as soon as possible. If accepted, we will then send a confirmation email.
7. If you have an “e-billet”, you do not need to do anything else. If you have a paper Gift voucher, please send us a photo or copy to contact@valleedepratmeur.com and make sure to bring it with you, we will ask for it at reception.
