Terms and conditions of the sale of gift cards
The VALLEE DE PARTMEUR issues Gift cards/vouchers which can be purchased through this online platform. The beneficiary may redeem them on the services provided by the business.
- 1. The date of validity is always specified on the gift card. The stay must be completed before this date.
- 2. Gift cards/vouchers can not be exchanged and are non refundable.
- 3. We issue gift cards that are valid for one or more nights in our accommodations without mentioning a specific date.
- 4. The beneficiary can, if they wish to, book and extra night, add an extra person or choose an upgraded reservation by paying the difference at the time of booking.
- 5. If the beneficiary wishes to, they may book a different type of accommodation to the one indicated on the gift voucher, by paying the difference at the time of booking.
- 6. We invite the beneficiary to make their reservation on our website specifying the n° that is indicated on the gift card.
- 7. Prolongation of the validity of a gift card: We are able to extend the period of validity of a gift card for an extra 6 months for an additional fee of 20 euros including tax. The request must be written up before the initial end of validity of the gift card. The Vallée de Pratmeur reserves the right to cancel any gift cards/vouchers that have not been redeemed within the period of validity and all payment will remain acquired by The Vallée de Pratmeur. Gift cards/vouchers are non refundable.
- 8. Cancel or modify your booking : When making a booking through our website, a cancellation insurance through Campez Couvert is offered. This insurance allows you to make a claim in case of an unforeseen medical, professional or personal issue. Without this cancellation insurance, no modification may be made in the 30 days leading up to your stay. Documentation must be provided when making a claim.
